Don’t just cook for the Chinese New Year use Moonbeams, Dumplings and Dragon Boats: A Treasury of Chinese Holiday Tales, Activities & Recipes by Nina Simonds, Leslie Swartz, Meilo So (Illustrator) to extend this holiday with activities and stories brought to you by the Children's Museum of Boston. The step-by-step illustrations are great for the kids. This book is best for your 4th to 7th grader. Enjoy.
If you are looking for some easy to make Chinese dishes try Chinese Cooking for Dummies® by Martin Yan is the book for you. This series is great for beginners or those just looking to expand their cultural cooking and Martin Yan is my favorite when it comes to Chinese cooking. And this book, filled with more than 100 recipes, will quickly become one of your favorites.
