BOOK RECOMMENDATIONS

The one cheesecake book I go back to again and again is The Joy of Cheesecake by Dana Bovbjerg and Jeremy Iggers. I received this book as a gift in 1983 and have baked many of the cheesecakes time and time again with great success. This book is no longer available in hardback so you will have to settle for the paperback. Another book to add to your chookbook library is The 50 Best Cheesecakes in the World By Larry and Honey Zisman. This paperback is an inexpensive way to start your cheesecake career, but has no photographs to tempt your taste buds.
