Peter Reinhart’s first book, Brother Juniper’s Bread Book was a book you could treasure and pass down to your children if you were lucky enough to get it in hardcover. His second book, The Bread Baker's Apprentice, published in 2001 is still available in hardcover. The wisdom he shares in his first book is still here in his second. "A bread baker, like any true artisan or craftsman, must have the power to control outcomes. Mastery comes with practice." You can purchase this book at your local bookstore or by clicking the above photo or hyper-text to Amazon.com. You will learn about bread making in this book and if you read deeper you will learn about yourself.
