One of my favorite series of cookbooks is The William-Sonoma
Cookbooks. They are always beautifully photographed, but more
importantly they are filled with delicious recipes that work well,
combined with helpful hints on preparing the ingredients used
in the recipes. The
William-Sonoma
Thanksgiving by Michael McLaughlin, Chuck Williams
is no exception. This year I will be adding the Golden Mashed
Potatoes with Leeks and Sour Cream to our table, along side
the Maple-Glazed Carrots.
